President & Capital Markets
Over his 12+ year career in business, executive leadership & entrepreneurship, Samson has served as a professional Futures & Commodities broker, built a single family rental property business and a boutique gym. Most notably, Samson has been a key player on executive leadership team at Madwire- an INC 500 marketing and technology company located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Where he aided in taking Madwire's revenue from 7 million to over 100 million & 35 employees to 600 employees in ten years. Having built 4 departments, consulted thousands of business on marketing and business operations, hiring north of 400 employees, and coaching countless business/marketing professionals, Samson now leverages his strengths in business development, investing & operational leadership to structure, negotiate and manage large commercial multifamily projects for passive investors. Samson graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Human Physiology & holds a Masters in Sports Nutrition from Logan University.
Rick, as a former McDonald’s Franchisee with 7 restaurants in Midtown Manhattan NYC for 31 years, has a strong background in buying, selling, managing and systematically improving distressed restaurants. He started when he was 21 with one store. After proving to McDonald’s stringent standards that he could build a leadership team and improve sales, profits and operations systematically, he bought more stores. Ultimately he would lead and manage a team of 350 employees. After selling his company a few years ago, he discovered that success in Multifamily syndication was very similar to his old business. Now, as a multifamily syndicator, he is using his past experience to build his portfolio. Rick graduated from Tufts University with a BA in Sociology.
Underwritting & Broker Relations
As an experienced Franchisee across several industries, Jeremy brings his background to the commercial real estate (CRE) world. He specializes in discovering business inefficiencies to increase revenue while decreasing expenses; a skill he developed while working as a McDonald’s owner/operator. This prior ownership equipped him with a well-rounded ability to build and implement systems from the ground up. Currently, as a CRE analyst for a nationwide lender, he originates and underwrites $25-150MM bridge loans. His methodical approach to financial modeling allows for conservative forecasting of proformas, net operating income, and investor returns for multifamily deals. Jeremy graduated from Northeastern University with a BA in Business: Finance & Accounting.
CFO & Risk Management
As a member of our sponsorship group, Matt brings his finance and underwriting expertise to the team. Matt previously served as a Principal at a private equity firm where he underwrote and served as a board member for a number of high growth companies. Matt is the current CFO for Madwire, one of the largest privately held marketing and business management software companies in the country. Matt received an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
Nathaniel Woods, Jr.
Nathaniel Woods, like many of his peers, has built a business around single-family rentals. Before real estate, Mr. Woods was the Director of Learning and Development for the largest exclusive Verizon retailer in the country. In his role, he helped the company grow from 125 locations to more than 1200 locations by way of 14 acquisitions. In the process, Nathaniel developed and built a team of 6 to more than 260 employees. Nathaniel is currently a college professor running the Human Services department while pursuing his Doctorate in Strategic Organizational Leadership. In his spare time, Nathaniel and his family serve in their local community and serve in missions both locally and internationally.
Brad built and operates Blue Point Real Estate, his own multifamily portfolio across three states. An active duty U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer with five counter-terrorism deployments, he currently serves as executive management for Special Operations units that deploy worldwide. Brad specializes in risk management, executive strategy, financial analysis, investor relations, and capital development. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, and has masters degrees in Special Operations, Financial Analysis, and Strategy and War.
With over 20 years of expertise in leadership, technology, and sales, Kevin brings a unique and proven skill set to the team. His ability to lead, motiviate, and inspire coupled with his business acumen has culminated in the creation of numerous successful business functions, teams, and processes. During his time in technology management, Kevin oversaw several $20M+ CapEx initiatives. In addition, he successfully led the definition, development, and execution of cross functional business processes that directly improved the overall financial and operational performance across the organization. Currently, he is in a sales leadership role at Red Hat Inc, where he is able to utilize his technology success and business experience to increase overall revenue. He directly impacted a 125% YoY growth across North America bookings last fiscal year.
Blake is an experienced buy and hold real estate investor. He currently operates his own portfolio of residential and small multifamily properties and personally controls over $1M of real estate. In the past 12 months Blake has added 11 properties to his portfolio. Additionally, he is an active duty Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force, and has managed and administered multi-million dollar service contracts at Tyndall Air Force Base as part of the Base Rebuild Strategy that commands a $5 billion budget – and has become versed in deal life cycle and strategy. Blake specializes in broker relations and capital development and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy

Chad has background in management consulting, portfolio management, and business process improvement. He brings a highly complementary mix of business operations improvement and real estate investment management skills to the Company. Combined he has raised and helped place over $150 million in investor equity transacting $497 million of commercial multifamily properties across 7 MSAs in 3 states.

Dan oversees acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management of large commercial multifamily apartments. Combined he has driven the acquisition, asset management and disposition of $497 million of commercial multifamily properties across 7 MSAs in 3 states. Currently Dan co-manages a portfolio of nearly $500 million of apartment assets.
